"FLIMSY TOAD PAPER" PICTURES

Flimsy Toad Paper is an original film by Astro.  It's about five people who receive an Apocalytic message from a Toad, written on flimsy toad paper.  The five are more concerned with the paper that the message is written on rather than the message itself.  In this production, I play "King Toad", the toad who writes/wrote the messages.

Karen Nelson is this tremendously nice lady who does INCREDIBLE costume work.  Above are some of Karen Nelson's preliminary sketches of the Toad costume.    You can see the results of her hard work in the pictures below.

Shoot-day, the five main characters who receive Flimsy Toad Paper messages.  The Barber (Bob Walz), the Geisha (Keisha), the Performance Artist (Mike Koster), the Priest (Morgan Parker) and the Sex Shop Owner (Harriet Parker-Mann).
